Payment
50% of the quoted quilting price is due at the time an order is placed. The remaining balance is due once the quilting is completed and prior to shipping. Your quilt will not ship until payment is received in full.
Forms of Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal. PayPal is easy and secure to use. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment via credit card. PayPal Currently accepts: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and e-checks. Your credit card information is never seen nor stored by Petit Design Company.
Misc Fees
Basting: Please do not baste your layers together. Each layer must go on the quilt frame separately. If your quilt arrives basted you will be charged $20/hour to remove basting with a 1 hour minimum charge
Pressing: Please ensure that your quilt top and backing are neatly pressed. Fold neatly when placing in packing box to avoid excessive wrinkling. If your top/backing requires pressing you will be charged a $20/hour fee with a 1 hour minimum charge. This shouldn't be a problem if you don't "stuff" your quilt top into a tiny box.
Squaring up: If your quilt top/backing requires squaring prior to quilting you will be charged a $20/hour fee with a 1 hour minimum charge. This does not apply to quilts with a scallop border.
